Asking about a booking
These help us find it quickly:
- booking reference
- the name the booking was made under
- tour name and date
- number of people
- your hotel or pickup point
To cancel or change a booking, get in touch as early as you can. What we can do depends on the conditions of your booking, which are in our booking and cancellation terms.
Special requests
If you need step-free access, have dietary needs, are bringing small children or need anything else, tell us before the tour. We'll check with the boat or tour company and let you know what's possible.
Personal information
Please never send card details by email or message. Send passport details only when we ask for them, for example for ferry tickets to the Greek islands. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
